Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service and describes what you may not do with the Loop Squared platform, operated by Loop Squared LLC.

Consent and outreach

Only send messages to people who have consented to hear from your business. You must comply with all applicable communications laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and carrier requirements (including A2P 10DLC registration for SMS). Honor opt-outs promptly. You are responsible for outreach you authorize the agents to send.

Prohibited content

Do not use the platform for messaging related to illegal activity, or the categories carriers prohibit for A2P messaging — including illegal substances, hate or harassment, adult content, deceptive or fraudulent schemes, phishing, or the "SHAFT" categories (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco) where restricted.

Prohibited conduct

Do not: break the law; infringe others' intellectual property or privacy; send spam or unsolicited bulk messages; upload malware; scrape, probe, or attack the service; circumvent rate limits, usage caps, or the approval gate; misrepresent yourself; or resell the service without authorization.

Data

Only upload data you have the right to use, and use customer data solely to serve those customers. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate accounts that break this policy, with or without notice where the law or an imminent risk requires it.
