Loop Squared LLC ("Loop Squared," "we," "us"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mercavia LLC, operates the Loop Squared platform and is the controller of the personal data processed through it. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, and authentication details for your login.
- Business & customer records — contacts, jobs, quotes, invoices, inventory, and related operational data you enter or that the agents capture on your behalf.
- Communications — calls, messages, and outreach handled through the platform.
- Usage data — log and device information used to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide and improve the service, run the agents you enable, secure the platform, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share data only with processors needed to run the service — for example hosting and database (Supabase, Vercel), telephony/messaging (Vapi, Twilio), email (Brevo), and AI model providers — each under their own terms and only as needed.
Data isolation & security
Each customer's data is isolated at the database level (row-level security), access is authenticated, and data is encrypted in transit. No method is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable safeguards.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and operate the app — these are always on and can't be turned off without breaking the service. With your consent we may also use optional cookies(e.g. product analytics) to understand and improve usage. You choose when you first visit via our cookie banner ("Accept all" or "Necessary only"), and you can change your choice anytime by clearing the cookie/site data in your browser. We honor "Necessary only" by not loading optional cookies.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us below. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.
Retention
We keep data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
