Messaging (SMS) Terms

These terms govern text messages sent through the Loop Squared platform, operated by Loop Squared LLC ("Loop Squared," "we," "us"). By providing your mobile number and consenting, you agree to receive text messages as described here.

Program description

Businesses use Loop Squared to communicate with the customers and leads they serve. Messages you receive relate to your interaction with that business — for example appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to an inquiry you started, quotes and invoices, review requests, and service updates. The specific business messaging you is identified in each message.

Consent

You receive messages only after you provide your mobile number and opt in — for example by submitting a form, checking a consent box, or messaging the business first. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase. Consent is never pre-checked on our forms.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the business (for example, transactional replies and appointment reminders as they occur).

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. Loop Squared and the business do not charge you for receiving messages.

Opt out — reply STOP

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation that you have been opted out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Message content is used to deliver the messaging service.
